The NEXCUT Electro-Permanent Magnetic Lifter is designed for loading raw steel sheets and unloading finished laser-cut parts, providing fast, controlled and efficient material handling for laser cutting workshops.

Electro-permanent magnetic technology combines switchable magnetic control with permanent magnetic holding force. Once magnetized, the load can remain securely held without continuous electrical power, helping improve energy efficiency and reduce the risk associated with power interruption. 

The system can be configured with multiple magnetic modules across a lifting beam to handle different sheet sizes and workpiece layouts. Selective magnet activation can also be used on some systems to match shorter or smaller sheets.
