NEXCUT Fiber Laser Focusing Lens
NEXCUT fiber laser focusing lenses are designed for fiber laser cutting heads to precisely focus the collimated laser beam onto the workpiece, creating a high-energy-density focal spot for efficient and stable cutting.
Manufactured from high-quality optical-grade fused silica and coated for fiber laser wavelengths, the focusing lens provides high transmission, low optical absorption and reliable performance under continuous laser operation.
Precision optical processing helps maintain accurate focal characteristics, stable beam quality and consistent cutting performance across different materials and laser power levels.
A wide range of diameters, focal lengths and power configurations is available for different fiber laser cutting head models.
Key Features
- High-quality optical-grade fused silica
- High laser transmittance and low absorption
- Precision focusing performance
- Stable focal position and beam quality
- High thermal resistance
- Anti-reflective coating optimized for fiber laser wavelengths
- Suitable for continuous high-power laser operation
- Multiple diameters and focal lengths available

Function
The focusing lens is located after the collimating optics inside the laser cutting head.
Its main function is to concentrate the parallel laser beam into a small focal spot on or near the workpiece surface. The focal length and optical characteristics of the lens directly affect spot size, energy density, focal position and cutting performance.
Accurate and stable focusing helps achieve consistent cutting quality, smooth cut edges and reliable processing across different material thicknesses.
