The NEXCUT N5C49 is a compact high-purity nitrogen generator designed for laser welding applications, delivering approximately 2-30 m³/h of nitrogen at 99.99% purity. It is suitable for supplying multiple laser welding stations and is recommended for up to 30 laser welding machines, depending on actual gas consumption.

With integrated PLC control, purity monitoring, automatic venting, pressure-based automatic start/stop, built-in gas storage and filtration, the N5C49 provides a reliable on-site nitrogen solution without the dependence on bottled gas.
